Asian Chicken Meatballs with Szechuan Garlic Sauce

Today I recommend meatballs recipe for you. You can make it as an appetizer or as a main course. If you want it as an appetizer, just make the meatballs smaller. one-bite sized meatballs would be perfect.

In this recipe, we're gonna use chicken as our main ingredients. Chicken is more light and easy to be made than beef. Cooking time for chicken is also quicker than beef.

Okay, for the ingredients, we use chicken, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Just combine all them together and meatballs are ready!
